This course explains how CMTC plans, manages, and delivers quality training programmes. It covers training need assessment, participatory methodologies, and complete training management from pre-training to post-training review.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA)

• Select appropriate adult learning methodologies

• Plan and manage training programmes effectively

• Implement pre, during, and post training activities

• Use pre-test and post-test for measuring learning

• Ensure quality, participation, and accountability in trainings
