Community Managed Training Centre – Governance & HR Systems

This course explains the governance structure and human resource systems required for effective functioning of a Community Managed Training Centre (CMTC). It clarifies the role of the CMTC Management Committee, staff structure, eligibility criteria, selection process, roles, performance review, and accountability systems.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Understand the governance structure of CMTC at CLF level

• Define the role and responsibilities of CMTC Management Committee

• Understand the staffing structure of CMTC

• Identify eligibility and selection process for CMTC staff

• Clarify roles and responsibilities of Coordinator, Accountant, and Trainers

• Establish systems for performance review and accountability
