Course Overview

This CMTC Training Course is designed for:

  • State and district-level nodal officers responsible for CMTC establishment and management.
  • State Resource Persons (SRPs) providing training and technical support to CMTCs

The training course aims to build a comprehensive understanding of the CMTC concept and equip participants with the skills and knowledge required for effective implementation and management.

a) Basic Concepts of CMTC

  1. What is CMTC
  2. The need and significance of CMTCs
  3. Functions and services offered by CMTCs
  4. Infrastructure and facilities required
  5. CMTC products and service portfolio
  6. Target clients and beneficiaries
  7. Sustainability

b) Monthly and Annual Training Calendar

  1. Importance of structured training calendars
  2. Process and methodology for preparation and execution

c) Business Development Plan (BDP)

  1. Purpose and components of a BDP
  2. Step-by-step process for preparation and operationalisation

Course Outcomes and Assessment

By the end of the course, participants are expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of CMTC operations, planning, and management processes. Participants must engage attentively with the training content and respond to assessment questions provided at the end of each session.

Upon successful completion of the course and assessment, participants will be awarded a Certificate recognising them as Certified CMTC Resource Persons under DAY-NRLM.
