SHG Apparel Enterprise Management

This course helps SHG women, CLFs, and community institutions start and manage apparel and stitching enterprises successfully. Learners will understand how to set up a stitching unit, manage production, find buyers, maintain quality, handle finances, and grow the business sustainably.

The course uses simple practical examples from SHG-led enterprises and focuses on real business activities that women can start and manage locally.

The course is inspired by SHG-led apparel enterprise models promoted under DAY-NRLM and public procurement initiatives.
