Financial Management for Community-Based Organisations (English Version)

Course Introduction
This course has been designed to strengthen the financial management capacity of Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Village Organisations (VOs), and Cluster Level Federations (CLFs). It places special emphasis on financial planning, disciplined fund utilization, strong internal controls, and data-driven decision-making.

Participants will learn how to assess the financial health of Community-Based Organisations (CBOs) using financial reports and key indicators. The aim of this program is to ensure institutional sustainability, empower the community, and improve access to credit.
