CLF Visioning Process & Federation Development

The CLF Visioning Process course is designed to help community institutions build a clear direction for stronger and more sustainable federations under DAY-NRLM. The course guides learners through the process of preparing, facilitating, and conducting CLF visioning exercises with active participation from SHG and VO members.

Learners will understand how to develop a shared vision, identify community priorities, strengthen governance systems, promote livelihoods, improve financial inclusion, and prepare action plans for long-term development.

Using simple language, practical examples, and short learning modules, the course supports CLF leaders, CRPs, and field teams in building member-owned, member-managed, and financially sustainable federations.
