Community Managed Training Centre- Monthly & Annual Training Calendar

The Monthly & Annual Training Calendar module equips CMTC functionaries with the knowledge and skills required to systematically plan, schedule, and optimize training activities throughout the year.

This module emphasizes the importance of structured planning to ensure:

• Minimum 240 days annual utilization of CMTC

• Optimal batch size (25–30 participants)

• At least 60% residential trainings for financial viability

• Diversified training products and services

• Coverage of all thematic areas under DAY-NRLM

Participants will learn how to:

• Prepare a comprehensive Annual Training Plan

• Develop a Monthly Training Calendar

• Align training schedules with community needs

• Ensure profitability and sustainability through strategic planning

• Integrate demonstration sites and thematic coverage into planning

• Maintain operational efficiency and financial discipline

The module also highlights key principles for enhancing CMTC’s visibility, credibility, and long-term sustainability through proper scheduling, demand forecasting, and service diversification.
