Community Managed Training Centre – Foundations & Framework

This course provides a complete foundation of the Community Managed Training Centre (CMTC) model under DAY-NRLM. It explains why CMTCs were created, their vision and goals, functions, services, and required infrastructure.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Explain the concept and need of CMTC

• Understand the vision, mission, goal, and objectives of CMTC

• Identify key functions and services of a CMTC

• Understand the minimum infrastructure requirements

• Recognize CMTC as a community-owned and financially sustainable institution

This course prepares participants to plan and establish a CMTC in their district effectively.
